ALDH2 promoter in a pSB1C3 backbone
ALHDH 2 is an isoform of aldehyde dehydrogenase; which is one of the enzymes involved in alcohol metabolism. Our construct contains the promoter for ALDH2 restricted with EcoR1 and SPe1 and then placed in the pSB1C3 backbone.
